WHAT IT DOES FOR YOUR BUSINESS
Less copying. Clearer next steps.
Save time moving information between your inbox and your customer list. Keep the details, notes and next steps together for review.
01Bring in your emails
After approval and account consent, read a selected Gmail or Outlook inbox. Saved .eml and CSV imports are also available. Attachments are ignored, and the pilot does not send, move, delete, or mark email as read.

02Know who needs a follow-up
Check suggested categories and reusable reply templates. Choose a status, add a follow-up date, and keep your own notes. You review and send any reply yourself.

03Keep the tracker current
Create a dedicated Google Sheet or Excel workbook, then run a manual sync. It copies the saved tracker into that file. Edit records in BAG-BOT: spreadsheet edits do not flow back and its tracker cells are overwritten.
ONE-WAY SPREADSHEET UPDATES
MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR TEAM’S TIME
Do routine tasks really need another hire?
Before adding hours for copying email details and maintaining a follow-up list, see which tasks BAG-BOT Business can help you handle. You and your team stay responsible for customer conversations, decisions and service.
Start with the work you want to save.Compare the time spent on those tasks with the cost of the service and the review it still needs. Business pilot pricing has not been set. The Telegram plans shown on our main page are separate.
A CONNECTED PRIVATE PILOT
Less routine work.
You stay in control.
Manual Gmail and Outlook intake, spreadsheet writes, status updates, and backup-and-restore checks have passed private testing. Access is still restricted; unattended operation and further failure scenarios need validation.

TESTED IN THE PRIVATE PILOTA saved follow-up workspace
Categories, editable reply templates, due dates, notes, search, CSV export, and JSON backups. Saved records persist in the owner workspace. Suggestions use rules and templates; business email is not sent to an AI model by this workflow.
ONE ACTIVE DESTINATIONChoose Google Sheets or Excel.
Use one dedicated tracker at a time. Excel requires a Microsoft 365 work or school account with OneDrive for Business. Initial intake covers Inbox messages from the last 30 days, in batches of up to 50 per selected mailbox. It is not a complete mailbox archive. Automatic updates remain paused in this pilot.
KNOW WHERE YOUR DATA GOES
Your inbox. Your review.
Connecting an account creates copies of information. Review the business data details before requesting access.
A private workspace
The tracker can contain sender details, subjects, message bodies, notes, and reply drafts. Saved tracker content and OAuth tokens are encrypted in the BAG-BOT database. This is not end-to-end encryption: the service decrypts them to operate, and some account and operational metadata is stored separately.
Separate copies
A sync copies all saved tracker records to your chosen spreadsheet. Long cell contents are shortened with a notice; keep the original messages. CSV and JSON downloads and Google or Microsoft files are separate copies, outside BAG-BOT’s database encryption. Control who can access those files and keep a backup of important work.
Disconnect is not deletion
Disconnecting pauses updates and stops future use of that connection after in-flight requests settle. Saved tracker records, downloaded backups, and existing cloud files remain. Contact support about access, correction, or deletion; manage copies in your own storage and provider accounts too.

Tell us which inbox and spreadsheet tools you use. The request opens an email draft; it does not activate access or connect an account. Keep customer messages and credentials out of the request.
