The email button opens your email app. You can also copy the address into your preferred email service. Support is handled by the BAG-BOT team; no fixed response time is promised.

What to include

• Whether you use Telegram or Discord, plus your community name and bot username or server name.
• The email used for checkout, if your question involves billing.
• A short description of the problem and when it happened.
• The error message or a screenshot with private information removed.

Telegram Free

Free is a regular $0 plan with no card and no scheduled expiry. It covers repeated-message and suspicious-link filtering plus a standard welcome in one connected Telegram group per account. Replies use BAG-BOT branding; custom project profiles, FAQs, official-link replies, community templates, feedback collection and AI are paid-plan features.

Choose Free in the Telegram dashboard, save the setup, connect your bot and verify the group, then explicitly enroll and activate. Enrollment is initially limited to 10 groups; check the dashboard for available places. A setup-help request does not reserve a place.

Your Free enrollment remains reserved while paused or using a paid plan. If you are enrolled, eligible Free features can continue after trial or paid access ends; saved paid settings remain available for a later upgrade. An active paid plan takes precedence until its access ends. Service holds and permission failures still need to be resolved.

Free enrollment and selecting Free do not cancel paid billing. Use Manage billing to stop a subscription renewal. You can pause bot activity at any time. This Telegram Free enrollment does not enroll a Discord server; Discord Free uses its own dashboard and capacity.

Telegram subscriptions & cancellation

Basic and Pro subscriptions apply to Telegram only. Discord has no paid plan, and a Telegram subscription does not activate it.

For a subscription purchased through the BAG-BOT dashboard, sign in and open its billing portal to manage payment details, view invoices, or cancel. Confirm the cancellation and check the displayed end date.

If you purchased through a separate Stripe payment link, or cannot access billing, email us from your checkout email with the subject Cancel BAG-BOT subscription. Include your project name and bot username so we can find the subscription.

Cancellation normally stops the next renewal, with service continuing until the end of the paid period, subject to the Terms of Service. Pausing the bot or removing it from Telegram does not cancel a subscription.

For a duplicate charge, payment problem, or refund request, include the invoice or receipt reference. Refund requests are reviewed individually; cancellation alone does not refund previous payments. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Your three-day trial

Basic/Pro on Telegram and optional Discord AI each have a separate no-card trial lasting 72 hours from successful trial activation for that community. There is no automatic charge when a trial ends. Telegram Free and explicitly enrolled Discord Free are regular plans without a trial countdown.

Telegram users can choose to subscribe through Stripe. If you explicitly enrolled in Free, its eligible features can continue after the paid-plan trial ends; otherwise you can enroll if capacity is available. For Discord, explicitly enroll in Free to keep saved-information answers after the trial. AI stops at the original trial expiry. Free enrollment does not reset the trial or replenish its AI allowance; a Telegram subscription does not extend it.

Setup requires your approval, adding the bot to the intended group or server, and verifying the necessary permissions. A setup-help request does not reserve a place or guarantee activation.

If your Telegram bot is not responding

1. Confirm that the bot is in the intended group and has the requested administrator permissions.
2. Check the dashboard for the current effective plan, a service hold, paused bot, or incomplete setup. For Free, confirm enrollment and successful activation; selecting Free alone does not activate it.
3. For Pro AI, check whether AI is enabled and the usage allowance is available.
4. If the issue continues, email the exact error and the time it occurred.

Import and review FAQs

Telegram Basic/Pro setups and Discord setups can import FAQs from a UTF-8 CSV or text file. This does not add FAQ replies to Telegram Free or change billing or access.

1. Use a CSV with exactly question,answer headers; quote fields that contain commas or line breaks. Or use text blocks beginning Q: and A:, separated by blank lines.
2. Keep the file within 64 KiB and the saved collection within 20 FAQs. Questions are limited to 300 and answers to 1,200 characters; some emoji count as two.
3. Preview the draft and choose Add new or Replace all. Add new rejects duplicate questions. Replace all replaces only the saved FAQ list. Review for private or outdated information before applying.
4. Apply explicitly, then mark the saved FAQs reviewed when you have checked them. Editing their content invalidates the previous review. The dashboard prompts another review after 90 days.

A review date records that an administrator checked the saved FAQ collection; it does not certify accuracy. Answer previews show saved information, not an AI-generated answer. The import does not crawl websites or train a model.

Discord Free & AI trial help

Discord uses the shared BAG-BOT app for private slash-command replies. It supports /bagbot help, faq, rules, links, about, and support. Optional /bagbot ask requires an unexpired AI trial, AI enabled for your server, and available usage allowance. Ongoing Free access does not include AI. It does not read ordinary chat, welcome members, or moderate messages.

1. Open the Discord dashboard with the account that owns or manages the server.
2. Confirm the selected server matches the one where you are testing. Save its information, use Add BAG-BOT, and verify permissions.
3. Select Enroll in Discord Free for ongoing saved answers, or separately start an eligible 3-day AI trial. Either can be first. Check the resulting status; an active AI trial does not automatically enroll your server in Free.
4. Try a new /bagbot help command, then /bagbot faq. The help command is available before activation. Replies are visible only to the member who invoked them.
5. If commands are missing or a reply times out, send support the exact command, server name, error message, and the time it happened. Do not send bot tokens or API keys.

Initially five servers can hold active trials or Free enrollments. Paused Free servers keep their reserved place. If your trial expired, you can enroll in Free when capacity is available; a pause, service hold or permission failure must still be resolved before replies resume. Contact support to release a Free enrollment.

A bot appearing offline is not by itself a failure; check a slash-command reply. If the dashboard says server capacity is full, contact support rather than buying a Telegram plan. That plan does not unlock Discord access.

Enabling AI allows submitted questions and your configured community information to be processed by the AI provider. Review the Privacy Policy before opting in. Keep sensitive information out of questions and verify AI answers.

Privacy & data requests

Email support@baggoblin.com with the subject BAG-BOT privacy request to ask about your data, request a correction, or request deletion. We may need to verify your identity or authority to act for a community.

Business private pilot help

Request pilot access by email. Access requires review and provider setup; there is no public business signup. A request does not connect an account. See the pilot overview, business privacy details, and private pilot terms.

1. For a problem, include the provider name, the operation you attempted, the time, and the displayed error with private information removed. Do not send passwords, database URLs, encryption keys, access tokens, email bodies, or private tracker files.
2. Check whether work is saved and whether a sync is queued, running, or has an error. Do not repeatedly request a sync while one is pending. A manual sync can import another batch of messages; it is not just a screen refresh. Initial intake covers the last 30 days of Inbox messages, with up to 50 messages per selected mailbox per run. The pilot supports up to 500 saved records and 10 MiB of saved tracker data.
3. Edit follow-up records in BAG-BOT. The dedicated spreadsheet is a one-way copy and its tracker cells are overwritten on sync. Long cell contents are shortened with a notice; keep the original messages. If a sync fails, saved records and the spreadsheet may be at different revisions until a later successful sync.
4. Keep automatic updates paused during the private pilot. Contact support about an expired connection or a spreadsheet conflict before repeatedly reconnecting or creating another tracker. Excel requires a work or school Microsoft 365 account with OneDrive for Business.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of business data, email support@baggoblin.com with the subject BAG-BOT Business data request and a brief description. We may need to verify your identity or authority. Disconnecting is not deletion: saved tracker records, provider files, and downloads remain, and those separate copies must be considered in your request. Do not attach private message content or credentials to identify yourself.

Private telephone-pilot support: a callback notice is a prompt for the owner to review the saved request in Retell; it does not mean a callback was made. If a notice is missing or duplicated, give support the approximate call time and a description with private details removed. Do not attach recordings, transcripts, callback numbers or API keys. For a correction or deletion request, mention the telephone pilot so Retell records, BAG-BOT receipt hashes, notices and any separate copies can be considered after authority is verified.
