Terms of Service

1. The service & your account

These terms describe the BAG-BOT service offered through baggoblin.com under the BAG Goblin brand ("BAG-BOT," "we," or "us"). Contact us at support@baggoblin.com.

BAG-BOT provides managed Telegram community tools, including welcomes, moderation, approved information, and optional AI features. Free, Basic and Pro each cover one bot connected to one approved Telegram community per account. Free includes repeated-message and suspicious-link filtering, a standard welcome and BAG-BOT branding in replies. Custom project information, FAQs, official-link replies, community templates and feedback collection require Basic or Pro; AI requires Pro. Custom work requires a separate agreed scope and price.

Discord Free uses one shared BAG-BOT app and provides private slash-command replies for saved FAQs, rules, links, community information, and support details after explicit enrollment. Optional AI answers are available only during a separate eligible 72-hour trial when enabled by an administrator. It does not include automatic welcomes, ordinary-chat monitoring, chat-wide moderation, or paid subscriptions. Telegram plans do not unlock Discord access.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to act for the community. You are responsible for your Telegram or Discord account, any bot you own, accurate setup information, and granting only the permissions needed to operate the service. Discord users must meet Discord's minimum age requirements and comply with its Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. Setup & availability

For Telegram, you must approve bot creation or connect a bot you control, add it to the intended group, grant the requested permissions, and verify that you administer that group. For Discord, sign in with an account that owns the server or has Manage Server or Administrator permission, save that server's setup, install the shared BAG-BOT app, and explicitly enroll in Discord Free or start an eligible AI trial. Activation depends on these steps and successful service checks. We do not guarantee activation within a particular number of seconds.

Standard Telegram Free enrollment and Basic/Pro setup and checkout take place in the signed-in dashboard. Free requires explicit enrollment after connecting a bot and verifying its group; initial enrollment is limited to 10 groups, with availability shown in the dashboard. Free is a regular $0 plan with no scheduled expiry, not a beta or a timed trial. Paused and upgraded Free enrollments continue to reserve their place. Custom quotes and setup-help requests submitted through the website are reviewed separately. If you previously purchased through a standalone Stripe payment link, contact support to connect that purchase to your setup before subscribing again.

Discord permits one connected server per Discord account. Free enrollments and unexpired trials share a capacity limit, initially five servers; the dashboard shows current availability. Free enrollment has no scheduled expiry, and a paused enrolled server continues to reserve its place. Enrollment is explicit and is not added automatically to an existing trial. Moving a setup to another server or releasing an enrollment requires support review.

Telegram Free, Basic and Pro and Discord Free are regular service plans. Discord Free does not include ongoing AI access. Features and availability may change, and outages can result from maintenance or third-party failures. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that moderation will catch every harmful message.

3. Three-day free trial

A Basic/Pro Telegram trial or optional Discord AI trial lasts 72 hours from successful trial activation for the connected group or server. Telegram Free and explicitly enrolled Discord Free have no trial countdown. No card is needed for a trial, and it does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Enrollment in Free, pausing, or removing the bot does not extend or reset the trial clock.

Telegram: dashboard trial eligibility is limited to one trial per Telegram account or group. Trial usage limits apply. After the trial, continued paid Telegram features require a subscription. Explicitly enrolled Free users retain eligible Free features after trial or paid access ends, while saved paid settings remain stored for a future upgrade. Other users may enroll in Free if capacity is available. Existing users are not enrolled automatically. Service holds, pauses and permission requirements continue to apply. If you subscribe during a trial, paid billing starts at checkout rather than waiting for unused trial time to end.

Discord: eligibility is limited to one AI trial per Discord account or server, subject to available server capacity. AI access ends after 72 hours even if Free enrollment remains active. Explicitly enrolled Discord Free servers retain saved-information answers, subject to pauses, permissions and service holds. Servers that have not enrolled in Free lose saved-information access when the trial ends; they may enroll if a place is available. General help remains available. There is currently no paid Discord upgrade or automatic renewal, and a Telegram purchase does not extend Discord AI access.

4. Pricing, AI limits & renewal

These plans and paid subscriptions apply to Telegram. Discord Free and its optional AI trial do not charge a subscription fee.

Paid Telegram subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Stripe displays the amount due, currency, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes before you confirm payment. Hosting and standard support are included; separately scoped work is quoted before purchase.

The standard dashboard Pro allowance is 500 AI requests per UTC calendar month. The Pro trial has 100 AI requests for the entire trial. The dashboard shows your applicable limits. For assisted or Custom setups, confirm the allowance in writing before buying. Unused requests do not roll over. Failed or timed-out AI attempts may count toward usage. Reaching the allowance stops further AI requests; it does not create automatic overage charges.

The standard Discord AI trial allowance is 100 requests across the entire 72-hour trial when an administrator enables AI. The Discord dashboard shows the applicable allowance and remaining usage. Rate and queue limits also apply. Failed or timed-out attempts may count. Reaching the AI allowance stops additional AI answers without a charge; saved-information commands continue while the trial is active or the server has an active Discord Free enrollment.

Price or material allowance changes for existing subscriptions will be communicated before they apply, subject to applicable law. No change is authorized merely by replacing text on this page.

5. Cancellation & refunds

For paid Telegram service, cancel through the billing portal available from your dashboard. If you used a separate payment link or cannot access the portal, contact support@baggoblin.com with your project name and checkout email.

Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Keep the confirmation and check the effective date. Pausing the bot, selecting or enrolling in Free, deleting a Telegram group, or removing the bot does not cancel billing. An active paid entitlement continues until its end date; Free enrollment does not refund or shorten it.

For refund requests, duplicate charges, or service problems, contact support with the relevant receipt or invoice reference. Requests are reviewed individually. Cancellation does not itself refund previous payments, and no automatic money-back guarantee is offered. Nothing in these terms limits a refund, withdrawal, or other remedy required by applicable law.

Failed payments, refunds, disputes, or suspected unauthorized use may result in a temporary service hold while the issue is reviewed.

6. Acceptable use & community content

Do not use BAG-BOT for scams, phishing, spam, impersonation, harassment, illegal content, or attempts to bypass service limits or access another customer's data. Do not submit credentials or sensitive personal information as community knowledge or AI prompts. Do not use Discord commands to collect financial, health, or other sensitive personal information. Report abuse, security concerns, or violations involving BAG-BOT to support@baggoblin.com; include the affected server or group and relevant details, without credentials.

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You grant us permission to process that content as needed to deliver the configured service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for that processing and tell community members which bot functions are enabled and what information they process. Discord administrators should disclose that using /bagbot ask sends the question and configured server knowledge to OpenAI.

Supported FAQ imports are reviewed drafts until you explicitly apply them. You are responsible for reviewing imported questions and answers and for the content you mark as reviewed. A review date records an administrator action, not an accuracy guarantee. Changing saved FAQ content makes its earlier review out of date.

You remain responsible for community rules, approved links, published announcements, and moderation decisions. We may suspend or end access when necessary to address abuse, security issues, nonpayment, or legal obligations.

7. AI & third-party services

AI-generated answers and drafts can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review them before relying on them or publishing them. BAG-BOT does not provide professional financial, legal, medical, or investment advice, and it does not guarantee financial returns, safety, or compliance.

The service relies on Telegram, Discord, Stripe for Telegram billing, hosting providers, and, where enabled, OpenAI. Their availability and rules may affect features. Details about information sent to providers appear in the Privacy Policy. These service terms are between you and BAG-BOT, not Discord, and do not replace or override Discord's applicable terms or policies.

8. Your rights & changes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. There is no promise that the service will meet every particular purpose or prevent every loss.

We may update these terms and show the revised date above. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where required. For questions, problems, or disputes, contact support@baggoblin.com so we can try to resolve them.

9. Business private pilot

The business email and spreadsheet pilot is restricted to approved access. Requesting access does not activate an account, connect a provider, or enroll you in a paid plan. The Telegram plans and Telegram or Discord trials described above do not activate this pilot. Any business offering or purchase terms require separate confirmation; this page does not introduce business pricing or a service-level commitment.

Only connect accounts and process messages you are authorized to use. Review the account-consent permissions and the business data details before connection. The current workflow uses read-only mail intake and one active dedicated spreadsheet destination. It copies saved message content and drafts to that spreadsheet, overwrites its tracker cells, and does not import spreadsheet edits back into BAG-BOT.

Review categories, reply templates, dates, and statuses before relying on them. The mailbox workflow does not send replies from connected inboxes. Separately enabled private telephone-pilot alerts can send a generic callback notice to the fixed owner recipient; they do not contact the caller or complete a callback. Manual intake and recovery have been tested privately; that does not establish complete mailbox coverage or uninterrupted operation. Automatic updates remain paused. Keep appropriate copies of important work, and contact support before making changes you do not understand.

The telephone pilot remains private and subject to the disclosed recording and retention settings in the privacy details. Review the stored request and permission before following up. An extracted request or notification is not a guarantee of accuracy, delivery, availability or a response by a particular time. Public telephone access and any paid Business offering require a separate release decision.
